At Paulina Warszawa, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not perfectly happy with your fashion pieces, you may return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer care team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the invoice is included and all original security tags remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
